I’ve been coaching women small business owners and women entrepreneurs for over six years. Most of my clients have fewer than 20 employees. In that time I’ve discovered that my business clients want the same basic things:
- Enough revenue to cover their expenses at work and at home, with a little extra for vacations, kids, savings, etc.
- More ease in their daily lives–they have too much to do and would like more time for family, friends, exercise, spiritual lives, hobbies, etc.
- More security against potential business failure.
